Your managed server is customised.  But that doesn’t mean it has to be “expensive”.  On the contrary.  It means that we look at everything project per project and only provide you with what you need.  So you do not pay for things that you don’t need.

Options

Our standard package of services is very extensive.  But in addition to the standard package, there are a number of interesting items that we can offer as an option.

• APC Masterswitch:
  With a APC Masterswitch you can restart your server in your browser. 24x7.
• Shared firewalling:
  We place your server behind our redundant firewalls. With shared firewalling all of the doors to your server are firmly locked. You define which doors have to be accessible.
• SMS Monitoring:
  Want to be informed quickly whenever there is a problem with your server? We monitor your server 24x7. Every minute, the system checks to see whether this or that service is still operating/responding. If there's a problem, you (or Nucleus) will receive a text message immediately.
• Externe backup:
  Reserve space on our backup server. Backups take place automatically and according to the procedure you want. The cost depends on the amount of space you want. The data that you use in doing your backups is not counted as part of your monthly usage.
