Antwerp, June 4th 2013 – CERT.be, the public service of the government, which has a mission to provide the Belgian populous, corporations and organizations about computer safety, has chosen Nucleus to host its website www.safeonweb.be. Safety specialists choose hosting specialists, that much is clear.

The brand new CERT.be website, www.safeonweb.be, wants to inform and advise all Belgian citizens in a fast and correct way about cyber security, large current digital threats and online safety. This makes it essential that this website is hosted in the most ideal way possible.

The Nucleus cloud hosting solution meets the strict demands set by CERT.be. For instance: Nucleus makes sure that the infrastructure is always up to date including high availability, that it smoothly responds to (sudden) traffic peaks so no one notices any delays in the response times of the website, that backups are made and outages are repaired without the website’s visitors noticing anything. Finally, ‘security’ is an absolute priority for Nucleus: class A datacenters and solid firewalls.

Koen Van Impe, Security Analyst at CERT.be: “According to the criteria we listed in our public tender, Nucleus emerged as the best. We are looking forward to a good collaboration now that www.safeonweb.be has recently launched.

The safety specialists at CERT.be know why they have chosen the Nucleus specialists.
