GDPR at Nucleus

On May 25th 2018 the GDPR legislation on data privacy will come into effect.
This has some implications for you as a customer of Nucleus.

Addendum Customer Contract

For the GDPR legislation we are your “data processor”. That means that we have to comply with several rules on data privacy and data security. We have adapted a standard data processing contract so that we comply with these rules.

In this document we clearly state your rights and our obligations. This document is an addendum to your existing Nucleus contract. Important: a standard data processing contract has a description of the data that are being hosted on our infrastructure. In our addendum we refer to the online data register (cfr nr. 1) for that. It is your responsibility to fill out this data register and keep it up-to-date.

It is your responsibility to fill out this data register and keep it up-to-date (every six months). You can do that via the Nucleus Control Panel.

GDPR Compliance Nucleus

We have taken the necessary steps to be GDPR compliant and are very transparant about it. That is why we have filled out the GDPR IT Vendor Assessment of Beltug, the Belgian organisation of  ICT managers. This document was created to help you evaluate the efforts of IT-partners and suppliers to become GDPR compliant.
