This message can occur when the file shwcpy2k332.dll was either damaged or removed. This can sometimes happen when an anti-virus software considers this file as dangerous, and disables it.
If the file can not be found in the directory “C:/Program Files/Nucleus Business Backup/bin/“, you can try to reinstall the software. Doing so will re-create the missing file, and will allow Volume Shadow Copy to be run during backups.
You can find the installation-files for the Online Backup Software in your controlpanel, in the menu-item “Online Backup”.
Re-installing the software will not cause your previous back-ups to be removed, all your backupsets are stored on our servers and will re-appear when you re-install the software.
