1) Login to the Domino Administrator console
2) Under the Domain tab, select the Configuration tab
3) On the left panel, select Server, and then Current Server Document
4) Under the Configuration tab, select the Transactional Logging tab
5) Right click on the Basics settings, and select Edit
6) Select the Enable option for Transactional logging
7) Select Archived for Logging style
The logging style must be set to “Archived” mode.
