If you register a domainname via our website, and you choose for the Nucleus nameservers and Nucleus nameserver-records, all DNS records will already be properly configured to receive e-mail on your domain.
If you have changed the DNS records, and need to recreate the default ones, you can do the following:
Create a CNAME record named “mail.“, which refers to “mail.nucleus.be”.
Create 2 MX-records, with the same priority (ie: 10). One should refer to “asav01.bru.nucleus.be“, the other to “asav02.ant.nucleus.be“.
After you have made these changes, it will take a maximum of 24 hours before these changes are made public worldwide. From then on, all e-mail will be sent to our mailservers, which you can further manage via the “E-mail” tab in your controlpanel.
