To use our Nucleus Universal Groupware, the MX records need to be altered for the domain on which you want to receive your e-mail. These MX records (or Mail eXchange records) determine to which server e-mail will be delivered that is sent to your domain (ie: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, …).
If your domain name is registered at Nucleus, you can alter the MX records through our controlpanel. If the domain name was registered through another provider, you can contact them and ask them to make the changes.
The MX records should be changed to asav01.bru.nucleus.be and asav02.ant.nucleus.be, which should have the same priority (ie: 10). If they share the same priority, both servers will be accessed according to “Round Robin”, which means they will be contacted at random. This way, we can spread the load amongst our servers.
